Waist Stretch：The natural length is 98cm x width 20cm, and can be stretched to a maximum of 90cm (waist circumference).
How to Check Fit?
· Height matching: If your height is between 155cm and 170cm, it is recommended to wear it naturally; if you are over 170cm, you can stretch the waist to 90cm.
· Hip flexibility: The elastic fabric can cover the hips of 85cm to 120cm, and it fits well without being tight.
· Weight reference: If you weigh close to 140 pounds, it is recommended to refer to the hip and waist data first.
Measurement Guide
Waist：Measure around the narrowest part of your waist while breathing normally.
Hip： Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing.
Note：
The stretchy fabric adapts to a range, but if your measurements are near the limits (e.g., height 178cm + hip 120cm), consider extended-size options (if available).

Care & Washing
Follow strictly to extend lifespan:
No Machine Wash/Bleach：Hand wash in cold water only; avoid vigorous scrubbing.
Wash Separately：Use mild detergent; gently squeeze in 40°C soapy water to prevent snags.
Drying：Lay flat in shade; never sun-dry or tumble dry.
Avoid：Contact with sharp jewelry or pet claws when wearing.
