Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: $6.99, free shipping on orders over $99.

Processing Time: 2-3 business days.

Global Delivery: 6-9 business days. Our standard shipping carriers are automatically selected from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and YunExpress.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships from our warehouse, so you can track which carrier will deliver your order.

Important: Double-check your shipping address! We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you assume ownership of the risk and title for your merchandise.

Customs Duties

Please note that shipments will be delivered without any duty or tax paid.

As per local regulations, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be settled by the purchaser.

Please note that taxes are more likely to apply to an order that has been shipped via expedited shipping.

Attention

Please note that expedited shipping does not support delivery to a PO BOX/APO/FPO/DPO address. Shipping times may be slower for remote locations and additional fees may apply.

Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to collect your package from your local post office.

Failed Delivery

The company is not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information, such as order address/contact number/recipient name.

If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact help@vikenplan.com as soon as possible before shipment to provide your order number and correct information.

International Shipping

Duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the shipping fees at checkout and may be due upon delivery.

We are not responsible for any customs fees imposed.

If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred.
