30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Returns or Exchanges are available if initiated within 30 days of receiving your package. Please email us within 30 days of delivery to request the return. Any claims made after 30 days will NOT be accepted. Shipping, handling fees and any insurance fees are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for returns or exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges involved in returning the items.
- Any return made to an address other than the one provided by Viken Plan, or to the address on the original shipping package, cannot be received by us and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Kindly contact us first via email before sending out the parcel. We will be sure to help further guide you through the process and make sure that this is the best option for you. If you have mistakenly sent the wrong item to Viken Plan, please reach out to our support team promptly. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the retrieval of your item, and no compensation will be provided for incorrect items sent to Viken Plan.
